Bob Marley was famously of the Rastafarian faith and he often sung about the importance of black people standing together in love and unity in order to move toward a bright future. He also sang songs about everybody getting along and looking after one another.
His voice was calm and beautiful but his message of peace, strength and togetherness was always a clear theme, perhaps this is why he is one of the most loved and well-known artists of all time.
